For your convenience a finger buffet can either be served privately in your meeting room or in our Thompson’s Restaurant located on the ground floor.

Fork Buffet


Our fork buffet menu is served in Thompson’s Restaurant and will cater for groups of 20 or more. Your fork buffet can also be served in private in your meeting room, floor space permitting.

Main course served with tea/coffee £10.95pp
Main course & dessert with tea/coffee £13.95pp

NB: A room hire charge will apply for private lunches.

All fork buffets consist of a choice of two main courses with a vegetarian option available on request served with baked potato, rice, a selection of three salads and bread rolls. Buffets are followed by freshly brewed tea or coffee or indeed dessert if requested.

Set Lunch Menu


Thompson’s Restaurant located on the hotel’s ground floor provides the perfect setting for lunch. Allowing your delegates to escape from the conference floor and clear away those cobwebs before they return for their afternoon session.

All courses have a choice of two dishes which can be pre-ordered during your morning coffee break for an express service when time matters, or at the table for a well earned rest.
