Our gym has 30 stations and so has a machine to work on every body part to ensure a full body work out. The gym is also fully air conditioned to provide a comfortable training session in our Derry health & fitness club.
The City Hotel Health & Fitness club has a great wet area, comprising a 15-metre heated indoor pool, spa pool and steam room all excellent for unwinding may it be after a long day at work or for a relaxing break in Derry.

At the City Hotel health club, we offer 1:1 personal training. Personal training is available to both members of the club and guests of the City Hotel Derry. You may wish to try our personal trainer as you are just starting or if you have hit a plateu in your training, either way our personal trainer will maximise your City Hotel Health & Fitness club training.
