For Advance Purchase Rate reservations or Packages full pre-payment is required at time of booking. No cancellation is permitted on this rate plan. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the hotel, please be aware that your bank may charge you a transaction fee. If you fail to check-in, full payment of this reservation will be retained.
All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to group booking conditions.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay where any guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour including, smoking in hotel rooms, being verbally abusive and /or aggressive or damaging any hotel property.
We regret to advise that the hotel does not accept accommodation for stag, hen or similar parties
The hotel requires a valid credit card to be pre authorized or a refundable security deposit of total amount of your stay plus £20 per night upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, however please note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your bank.
Check in is after 3:00 pm and checkout is prior to 11:00 am.
Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All under 18’s are included in the occupancy level for your room. Under no circumstances must the maximum occupancy level or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years be exceeded.
If you intend to arrive later than midnight on your arrival date please notify the hotel as soon as possible.
